Types of Slip Sheets
There are various slip sheet kinds that can be utilized for the transportation of a unit load. The slip sheet is sized and formed based on the product size or unit load. The number of lip extensions and the material used to make the slip sheet affect the type of slip sheet. The slip sheet’s normal thickness ranges from 0.7mm to 1.5mm.
How To Use The Slip Sheet
- Place a slip sheet on top of a wooden or plastic pallet.
- Then, put your finished goods on top of slip sheet.
- Load the whole pallet and finished goods by using forklift truck, and move it into container or lorry.
- A special device – Push-Pull device is needed to pull the slip sheet and load the finished goods into transportation vehicle.
